Sarah Young
FOUNDER &
CEO
Sarah is a rising senior from Pennsylvania. She founded Femme in STEAM to encourage more women and help underserved students to access STEAM opportunities and learning resources. She hopes to help others develop knowledge in STEAM and to share her passion for these fields. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods, learning, and dancing.
Hannah Pelingon

DIRECTOR OF ART
Hannah is a rising senior from Pennsylvania and is the Chief Operating Officer as well as the Director of Art for Femme in STEAM. She a passion towards arousing women's interests towards STEAM related fields through the art that she creates. In her free time she likes to draw, play badminton, and dance.
Shilpi Shah
DIRECTOR OF
RESEARCH AND
TECHNOLOGY
Shilpi is a sixteen year old attending the Middlesex County Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences, who hopes to pursue artificial intelligence engineering in the future. She joined Femme in STEAM as a way to provide more opportunities for minority groups in STEAM fields, believing deeply in the cause. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and cricket, dancing, reading, coding, and painting.
Viti Pathak
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING
Viti Pathak is a rising senior from Raleigh, North Carolina. After seeing the lack of STEAM resources for underserved and female students in her community, she became driven to solve the educational gap. School subjects that interest her the most are chemistry, biology, and history. In her free time, Viti likes to watch Netflix, run long distances, and help people out!
Elizaveta Kozlova

Elizaveta is a rising senior at Henry M. Gunn High School and her favorite subjects include math, history and photography. In her free time she likes to take photos, practice dancing, play volleyball, play video games and draw.
Alina Nodrat
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
Alina Nodrat is a student in the Class of 2022 that currently attends Hicksville High School. Alina’s love for science has truly shaped her life and leads many different clubs and organizations both in and out of school. Alina intends to go to college and major in Biology on a Pre- Med track and minor in Political Science. Alina likes to take part of theatre, sing, take part in activism, and more!
Shreya Patil
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Shreya is a rising college freshman at UIUC. She is passionate about giving females and underserved students the resources and confidence to go into the STEAM fields. Some of her interests include painting, sustainability, and volunteering. In addition, she plans to major in computer engineering in college and possibly double-major in entrepreneurship.
